Quexst Healthcare brings you the opportunity to understand the scope of Arthroscopy by observing the work of different experts. We offer short duration observerships of 2 weeks. Arthroscopic surgery is a non-invasive orthopedic procedure that is used in the diagnosis and treatment. Arthroscopic surgery could potentially be performed on any joint, and as time passes, more and more different joints are being arthroscopically treated. Lot of advanced procedures are being carried out using endoscopic techniques. The skill level & Precision required for these surgeries is far higher than open surgeries and therefore understanding of this sub specialty from an expert is important.
Fellows will be given opportunity to observe. The observership student will receive the certificate from the mentor. The certificate issued on successful completion of the rotation is not a registrable qualification.

Post graduate orthopedic and are eligible to join this observership. Depending on learning objectives, number of years surgical experience is important also.

The observership students will not be given hands-on. However, good exposure to all cases will help the student understand the skills required and types of cases.

SOP: Your statement of Purpose is the most important document, as it describes why you want to do the observership. It shows your keenness to learn new professional skills. It portrays your existing knowledge base. It is an important document to be specially prepared for the observership opportunity you are seeking to join.
UG & PG CERTIFICATES: These documents are proofs of the qualifications written about in CV.
COUNCIL REGISTRATION: Your medical council registration details are important, as without these, you do not become eligible to practice and therefore also for the learning opportunity.

The Patient flow is not predictable; hence number of surgeries are not committed to. The mentor will try to give the best possible practical exposure to the student.

You will get a observership certificate signed by your mentor, on successful completion. The awarded certificate is not a registrable qualification.
Yes. Attendance of 2 weeks duration is mandatory to earn observership certificate.
The student is expected to observe and learn through OPD, OT, Wards. Understanding, analyzing all cases and maintain a logbook of all cases worked on.
The observerships are aimed at enhancing knowledge and are not accredited or registrable qualifications.
The student is expected to pay full fees, minimum one month before the observership start date. We also give GST applied receipt.
The counselors will give full information and resolve your queries. It is not required to discuss with the mentor. However, after registration for the program, you will receive the contact details of mentor’s assistant along with joining formality details.
It is advised not to split the observership, unless specifically advised by the mentor.
Quexst does offer mentors in multiple cities. Please check with the counselor, the availability.
