Observerships are planned as per the learning objectives, but these may not be necessarily structured. The student is expected to get comprehensive practical knowledge. The Patient flow is not predictable; hence number of surgeries are not committed to. The mentor will try to give the best possible practical exposure to the fellow.

You will get a Observerships  certificate signed by your mentor, on successful completion. The awarded certificate is not a registrable qualification.

These Observerships s are not accredited.
